Choosername & Password

After researching Web 3.0 and Social Media, the two subjects are still (and will for a while be) on my mind. Because I have been wondering more about Web 3.0 and ever-developing internet capabilities, I would like to share the following thought.

What is to become of all of our account information? By this, I am mainly referring to usernames and passwords all along the board. Many of us have dozens of them out there for access to sites, networks, portals, etc. I know that some of these need to be differentiated from others (mainly regarding personal information), but what about all of the passwords that dissolve in our heads if not written down. Yes, I know that we always get the e-mail to remind us or to reset our passwords, but how long will that last when the new web arrives. Will we have one main entrance to the internet via an initial username and password prompt for entrance into our member-sites? Will we have the ability to maintain ambiguity by having an anonymous preference? All these questions to ponder until the next maturation of cyberspace. All I can do is wonder...
